Compact high-precision CNC rotary indexing table / dividing head with control unit. Suitable for single-part or small batch production in mechanical engineering. Can be set up for horizontal or vertical operation.

This indexing table is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser machining, drilling, slotting, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Square, hexagonal, gear milling of any pitch, or 3D machining are all possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear is designed with a high reduction ratio of 100:1, specially engineered by us and not a standard solution.

Output torque well above 70 Nm. The maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Centre height: 125 mm.

Drive via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Possible adjustable dividing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gear set is quadruple ball-bearing mounted and backlash-free, also adjustable. The bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece solid output spindle comes with a face plate Ø200 mm, internal taper MK3, and through-hole 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

Key flats, complex scale divisions, cross-holes, or gears can be quickly produced.

The electronic control unit is a handy module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference point routines, as well as step monitoring with power supply included in the package. The toolbox module is made of metal.

The optimized presetting enables incremental positioning in 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0 degree divisions.

Repeat cycles, right and left motion, and cycle pauses are, of course, programmable.

With the software you can program travel programs and cycles, set absolute or incremental feed values. The actual position value can be conveniently displayed at any time within the software. An output allows you to receive start impulses from a CNC machine exclusively. Even complex scale divisions, cross-bores, or gears can be produced quickly.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications; custom clamping fixtures can also be provided quickly and cost-effectively. Solutions for special rotary tables are also possible on request.
