The indexing table is especially suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, keyway cutting, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Milling of square, hexagonal, gear profiles of any division, or 3D machining is possible.

Extremely precise and accurate—the worm gear is designed with a maximum reduction ratio of 100:1, specifically engineered by us and not standard.

Output torque well above 70 Nm. Maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm. Center height: 125 mm.

The drive is provided by a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm. Possible adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm pair is mounted with four ball bearings, backlash-free and adjustable. Bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece robust output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=200 mm, inner taper MK 3, and a through-hole of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

The electronic controller, delivered as a handy module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference journeys, plus step monitoring with power supply, is included in the package. Toolbox module is metal.

Optimized pre-programming offers 360,180,120,90,72,60,45,30,10,5,1,0.02,0 degree incremental positioning steps.

Repeat cycles, clockwise/counterclockwise operation, and cycle pauses are, of course, programmable.

With the software, you can program travel programs and cycles, absolute or incremental values. The actual value can be displayed at any time in the software. One output allows reception of start impulses from NC machines. Complex scales, cross holes, or gears are quickly machined.

Standard clamping devices are offered for your applications, and we can quickly and economically manufacture custom fixtures. Solutions for special rotary tables are also available upon request.
