Compact precision small rotary table, suitable for single-part or small series production in laser welding fine mechanics. Both horizontal and vertical setup are possible.

It is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, slot milling, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine.

Precision worm gear with a reduction ratio of 50:1.

The worm and worm wheel are manufactured in-house, ensuring the highest adjustment precision. The set is mounted on four ball bearings, set backlash-free but adjustable.

The robust output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=108 mm with internal taper MK1 and through-hole of 10.5 mm, optionally with M12 internal thread.

Electronic control is supplied as a handy module with footswitch for clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, power supply, and emergency stop included in the package. The speed can be set according to the scale from 0–50 rpm. Speed change occurs promptly during axis rotation. The rotational direction is selected by the footswitch – the right switch rotates the axis clockwise, the left counterclockwise.

When the footswitch is pressed, the axis accelerates to the set speed; upon releasing, the axis decelerates again.
