Söderhamn Eriksson

A sawmill with integrated log handling and sorting by Söderhamn Eriksson for lumber production is available. Production capacity: approx. 70,000 m³–100,000 m³ per shift; wood diameter range: 150 mm–660 mm. The log handling and sorting components include log infeed, a butt reducer, material thickness measurement for calculating timber volume in cubic meters, a cross-cut saw, a metal detector, 13 log sorting bins, an HDS grapple, a debarking machine, a bark chipper, and a fully automated conveying system. The sawmill line components comprise a debarking machine, a log edger, a 4-band bandsaw, a 3-band bandsaw, a board edger, a board sorting plant with 22 bins, a board stacking unit, as well as infeed and outfeed systems. Includes various accessories such as roller bandsaw, bandsaw sharpening machine, compressors, rollers, bandsaws, sawdust extraction, and a timber storage hall. The plant has not been in operation for eight years. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
