Technical specifications:
- Cutting range: min. 30x12 mm, max. 270x120 / 300x95 mm. Optional special cutting ranges on request.

- Length of boards before cutting: min. 500 mm, max. 4100/5100/6100 mm, depending on version.

- Option for single cut on the last 40 mm of the board. Minimum offcut length: 5 mm.

- Maximum wood weight: 120 kg (optional special solution available upon request)

- Feed with pusher, direct control via an innovative computer-controlled and servo-driven system, digitally connected via EtherCAT.

- Special work table inclined at 25 degrees for easy loading and to securely hold the workpiece in place.

- Double steel frame, highly robust, reinforced, and painted.

- Special safety locking on the rear side for improved occupational safety.
Pusher speed up to 60 m/min as per current safety regulations: Carriage speed directly adjustable via computer depending on cutting area. Faster version available as an option.

- Very robust sliding carriage: enlarged dimensions approx. 300x345x25 mm.

- Large and sturdy aluminium support: height 135 mm, width 120 mm.

- Special transmission system with 50 mm wide toothed belt and 33 hardened steel strips inside, ensuring high precision and performance.

- Electronic brushless servomotor with constant torque and digital EtherCAT connection.

- Laser photocell to detect presence of wood piece and luminescence scanner for fluorescent markings. System is fixed in position so no manual adjustment is required when changing wood thickness.

- Electronic operating system S-OPTIM.

- Complete management of up to 5 cutting qualities.

- Robust discharge table for collecting cut pieces, made of hardened steel, length 3000 mm. Inclined at 25 degrees like the rest of the line, complete with guide.
