After blasting, the abrasive is collected manually and pushed into the collection hopper on the floor. The abrasive vacuum extracts the media from the hopper and feeds it through the cyclone cleaner. During this process, dust is separated and stored in the vacuum's dust container, while larger debris is removed via a sieve.

The cleaned abrasive returns to the vented pressure vessel and is ready for reuse.

Our SAPI safety shutdown system guarantees a safe and economical blasting process. The remote control enables start and stop functions of the blasting vessel using a hand lever mounted on the blast hose assembly.

This is a highly economical and effective solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Scope of supply includes:

- SAPI Premium blast vessel 200 liters with 1 1/4" piping, pressure-regulated from 0.1 - 12 bar, max. working pressure 12 bar
- High-performance water separator 1 1/4", permanently attached to the unit
- SAPI safety shutoff
- Cyclone cleaner for media recycling with lifting device
- Media sieve (insert sieve in blast kettle hopper)
- Feed hopper 500x500x380 mm
- 4 m connecting hose from feed hopper to cyclone cleaner
- 3 m connecting hose from cyclone cleaner to abrasive vacuum
- Abrasive vacuum 5.5 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz with 70 liter dust container
- 10 m blast hose assembly 25x7 mm fully assembled with nozzle holder, hand lever, control line and blast hose coupling
- Boron carbide venturi long nozzle (diameter selectable: 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm)
