SAPI High-Performance Injector Blast Cabinet Type "T-Rex 140 Double Power" with integrated cartridge filter unit.
Pressure blasting process and injector blasting process combined in one blasting system. One blast cabinet for all applications!
The "T-Rex 140 Double Power" pressure/injector blast cabinet can be used either with the pressure blasting method or the injector blasting method. This enables you to perform even the toughest blasting tasks. The integrated injector process is suitable for lighter blasting jobs and saves expensive compressed air. The blasting method (pressure blasting or injector blasting) is easily selected via a switch located at the base of the cabinet.
This compact, combined pressure/injector blast cabinet features an integrated cartridge filter extraction system. Thanks to the built-in filter unit, the sandblasting cabinet requires minimal space and can be easily relocated using a pallet truck or forklift.
The blast cabinet’s compact design means it is immediately ready for use; simply connect to a power and compressed air supply and fill in the blasting media.
The integrated cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility inside the blasting chamber. At the same time, it provides excellent cleaning of the abrasive media, allowing the media to be reused as efficiently as possible. The use of state-of-the-art fan technology achieves extremely low power consumption (0.75 kW), making the injector blasting cabinet highly energy efficient.
Our high-performance injector blast gun (fresh air blasting gun) creates substantial vacuum levels, resulting in high blasting performance. This enables fast, economical work with the vacuum blasting cabinet. The blast nozzle is made from boron carbide, delivering extremely long service life even when using aggressive media such as aluminum oxide. The pressure blast gun is also fitted with a boron carbide nozzle for maximum durability.
For optimal illumination of the blast chamber, a modern, energy-saving LED lamp with dust protection is mounted on the top of the cabinet, ensuring excellent lighting for the blasting area, enabling fast, fatigue-free and efficient work.
Our sandblasting cabinets are constructed from robust steel sheet, providing high load capacity for the work grate.

All SAPI blasting cabinets comply with current safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch, which immediately stops the blasting process if the cabinet is opened during operation.
A wide variety of blasting media can be used, including metallic media, cast steel shot, steel grit, chilled iron grit, stainless steel abrasive, aluminum oxide, glass beads, plastic granulate, vegetable abrasives, etc.
