The APACHE 3 is a cost-effective solution, suitable for both craft and industrial use, optimally designed for coating façade cladding and their substructures.

It is perfectly and unrestrictedly suited for coating cross-sections of 300 mm x 25 mm, delivering exceptionally efficient and economical high-quality surfaces—no special operator expertise required.

The unit can also be integrated into automated systems or coating lines. You can coat plank materials, profile boards, tongue-and-groove boards, rhomboid profiles, laminated timber, and structural timber, as well as decking boards, garden, log cabin, sauna or privacy screens—essentially any products where a first-class visible surface is required. Substructures (generally black) are coated with thin, highly pigmented stains containing wood preservative agents—even without lateral brushes.

The APACHE 3 sets itself apart from standard market products with its robust monoblock steel welded construction and its coating, which is fired on in an extremely resistant Teflon (enamel) process. This non-stick coating guarantees a self-cleaning operation with extremely low maintenance requirements.
