Frame:
The base structure is made of non-alloy steel sections, onto which the outer cladding, also non-alloy steel coated in RAL 1013 (pearl white), is mounted.
The oven's inner chamber is made of aluminised sheet steel.
Insulation between the inner and outer housings is provided by 120 mm of mineral wool.

Floor:
Like the oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to first drawer): 800 mm, adjustable by +/-100 mm via the oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, each with a height of 250 mm, for a usable loading height of 120 mm.

Maintenance Doors:
Double-leaf maintenance door at the rear of the oven.
Secured with bolts.
This door allows full access to the oven interior.

Part Handling:
Parts are handled via 3 drawers (stacked vertically).

The locking mechanisms of each drawer are fitted with electromagnets and controlled by a Siemens system.

Each drawer will have its own temperature display, positioned on the front of the oven to the left of the drawers.
