Frame:
The basic structure consists of an unalloyed steel frame, with external coverings also made from unalloyed steel, painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white).
The inner oven casing is constructed from aluminized steel sheet.
The insulation between the inner and outer oven casings consists of 120 mm thick mineral wool.

Base:
Like the oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to first drawer): 800 mm, +/- 100 mm, adjustable via the oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, 250 mm high, for a usable loading height of 120 mm per drawer.

Maintenance Doors:
2-leaf maintenance door at the rear of the oven, secured by screws.
This door allows complete access to the oven interior.

Part Handling:
Part handling is ensured by 3 vertically arranged drawers.
Height between each drawer: 250 mm
Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with nearly 10 mm reserve.
All drawers are smooth and have a closure element at the bottom to minimize heat loss when opened.
Each drawer has a usable load capacity of 120 kg with distributed load.
Peak loads up to 240 kg are possible.
Drawer seals are made from silicone.
Drawer locking is ensured via electromagnets, controlled by the Siemens system.
Minimum preheating time per drawer is managed by a timer located in the control cabinet.
Maximum preheating time per drawer is also managed by a timer in the control cabinet.
A separate temperature display is provided for each drawer, positioned at the front of the oven to the left of the drawers.
