The SCHEER universal dowel hole boring machine DB 4 is specifically designed for structural boring, line boring on the 32 mm grid system, and for drilling various types of fittings. It allows you to perform all these tasks quickly, precisely, and with minimal setup times. Operation is extremely user-friendly, featuring intuitive symbols and four program preset controls, enabling you to switch between tasks in seconds.

Central adjustment of the removable side stops always ensures flush alignment with the front edge, guaranteeing accurate boring of left and right workpieces. Whether parts are cut to precise dimensions or angles, flush corner joints are always achieved—at both the edge and on the surface! No CNC automatic machine can match the simplicity and speed of the SCHEER DB 4.

A safety clamping device spans the full width of the table, securing workpieces directly at the boring unit. The stop rail features three adjustable flip stops. Continuous table supports make moving and boring long workpieces easier, while fold-up workpiece support tables assist with row and fitting borings.
