This used SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Drilling Machine DB 4 has been functionally tested (not newly painted). Worn parts and seals have been replaced, and the machine's geometry has been recalibrated to ensure maximum precision.

The SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Drilling Machine DB 4 is specifically designed for construction drilling, series drilling based on the 32 mm grid system, and for drilling various kinds of fittings. It enables all these applications to be completed quickly, accurately, and with minimal setup times.

Operation is simple, using symbol-based controls and a four-program preselection system for rapid switching between different operations. Central adjustment of the removable side stops ensures perfect alignment with the front edge, allowing for accurate drilling of both left and right workpieces, regardless of whether the pieces are cut to size or at right angles. All dowelled corner joints are always flush, both at the edge and within the CNC automation scope—achieving the same simplicity and speed as with a SCHEER DB 4.

The safety clamping device spans the entire table width, with the workpiece clamped directly at the drilling beam. A stop rail with three adjustable flip stops is provided. Continuous table supports facilitate pushing through and drilling long workpieces, while foldable support tables ease series and fitting drilling.

- Suitable for surface and face drilling. The vertical drilling unit is equipped with an oil brake for tear-free through drilling of hole series.
- The machine’s control cabinet has been completely overhauled and upgraded to the new SIEMENS LOGO control system, ensuring the machine’s operational safety for the future!
