The Schlatter MG900 is a high-performance, fully overhauled resistance welding machine, specifically designed for the production of welded mesh panels. It can process wire diameters up to 12 mm, with mesh widths up to 1,250 mm and lengths up to 3,000 mm. The machine has undergone extensive modernization to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in production.

Longitudinal Wire Feeder (LV)
- Converted to a high-precision servo axis
- Magazine loaders for longitudinal wires up to 3,000 mm

MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine
- Equipped with 3 transformers (expandable upon request)
- Four (4) Schlatter welding presses (5kN each)
- Expandable to 12 welding presses and 6 transformers in the final expansion stage

Cross Wire Feeder QFD34
- Allows for double wire feeding for two different longitudinal wires

Mesh Extraction Unit MVL
- Controlled by an MS2N servo motor with CtrlX from Bosch Rexroth
- Equipped with three Schlatter mesh grippers (expandable upon request)

Mesh Stacker MS

Control and Power Cabinet
- Siemens S7 TIA machine control system
- Rexroth CtrlX components for highly dynamic motion control
