The kaitec Easycut is a highly flexible CNC gantry cutting system, specially designed for cutting material thicknesses between 1 and 50 mm. Thanks to its space-saving flatbed design, it is ideally suited for a wide range of applications.

kaitec Easycut – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The robust water table forms the basis of the flatbed design. The precisely mounted longitudinal guide and sturdy, serrated cutting grate reduce slag accumulation, protect the slats, and minimize maintenance costs.

The optimized tank depth allows for efficient slag removal and cooling. In addition, the system is easy to clean and reliably captures cutting fumes.

kaitec Easycut – CUTTING TECHNOLOGY BY PROFESSIONALS FOR PROFESSIONALS

The highly efficient plasma process enables precise and economical cutting of material thicknesses up to 25 mm. Automatic torch height sensing, arc control, and intelligent collision protection ensure top quality and repeatability. The automated cutting process and the long service life of consumables significantly reduce operating costs.

The oxy-fuel process also impresses with easy operation and reliable functionality. The CNC-controlled pierce function optimizes preheating times and automatically regulates oxygen supply, allowing steel plates up to 50 mm to be cut efficiently. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane operation and includes automatic torch height control for consistently precise cutting results.
