With its highly efficient plasma cutting process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be cut optimally. Automatic initial height sensing, automatic arc control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality and highest repeat accuracy. Automated sequence control and the long service life of wear parts actively help to significantly reduce cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its ease of use and high functionality. Automatic piercing is CNC-controlled, precisely managing preheating times and the supply of cutting oxygen. This allows sheets up to 80 mm thick to be cut extremely economically. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane gas and comes equipped with automatic height control.

The flatbed design is based on a robust water table. The longitudinal guide system is mounted with high precision on milled surfaces. The sturdy burner grate features staggered, serrated support slats, providing optimal support for sheet metal and reducing slag formation on the workpiece, as well as excessive wear on the slats, ultimately saving significant costs on rework and maintenance. The basin depth is precisely designed for efficient slag collection and cooling, is easy to clean, and effectively traps dust generated during cutting.
