100,000 Litre Firefighting Water Tank – Underground Tank – Retention Tank

Manufactured according to DIN-EN 12285-1, Tank Class A, for media up to 1.1 kg/dm³, single-wall, untreated interior, exterior professionally insulated.

The tank is suitable for installation in an accessible (non-driveable) area.

Dimensions: Diameter = 2.90 m – Length = approx. 15.80 m

The tank is equipped with a DN 600 manhole with access cover, bolts, and gasket.
Tank supplied ex works, loaded free of charge.

On request, the tank can be fully equipped with a firefighting water suction connection, so the tank then complies with DIN 14230 requirements for underground firefighting water tanks:

Firefighting Water Suction Connection / Suction Line made of stainless steel V2A – according to DIN 14230 – comprising:

- 1 pc. suction pipe DN125 stainless steel V2A, with Storz A-fixed coupling and Storz A blank cap
- 1 pc. vent pipe DN100 with hood, stainless steel V2A
- 1 pc. anti-vortex plate mounted on suction pipe
- 1 pc. sign "Fire water extraction point"
- 1 pc. dip tube with dipstick for level measurement
- 1 pc. manhole cover with bolts and gasket

The suction pipe can be used both as a filling and extraction line. All components are supplied pre-assembled – ex works.

If required:
Installation of an above-ground firefighting water suction connection according to DIN 14244 – Form B, including A-fixed coupling according to DIN 14319 and A protective cap according to DIN 14319. Housing made of cast iron – exterior epoxy resin-coated.

Optionally available:
Complete internal sandblasting of the tank with a suitable lining for process/firefighting water.

The tank is suitable for use as water tank, firefighting water tank, firefighting water retention tank, rainwater retention tank, retention tank, rainwater retention, rainwater storage, retention cistern, cistern, etc.
