SCHUKO Reinluftabsauganlage Vacomat 180 XPe

Vacomaten are mobile dust extractors capable of extracting large volumes of dust and chips in a minimal amount of space. These clean-air extraction units (negative pressure) are designed for indoor installation, suitable for single- or multi-machine extraction applications with air flow rates up to 10,000 m³/h. Manufactured according to the latest EU standard EN 16770, they are particularly suited for woodworking operations where stringent safety requirements apply due to the risk of dust explosion. Suitable for materials in dust explosion class St1.

The filter cleaning system of the Vacomaten XPe is purely electro-mechanical, utilizing an efficient shaking motor that automatically activates once all connected machines are switched off. Control is via potential-free contacts that monitor the woodworking machines. The motorized shaker control unit is included in delivery. Supplied without coils.

Motorized filter regeneration, mobile, extraction port can be mounted on the right or left side, height reduction possible for transport.
