Vacomat 140/160 XPe

- The mobile extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is our smallest model and ideally suited for single-machine extraction. This extraction system can transport air volumes of up to 1,593 m³/h using a vacuum process, e.g., for dust extraction from panel saws, jointers, or thickness planers.
- In the standard version, extraction is started manually at the push of a button. On request, an automatic fan start-up can be installed, which activates when the connected processing machine is switched on. This ensures that extraction is neither forgotten nor run unnecessarily in idle mode.
- The dust and chips mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) with a fitted plastic bag. A vacuum channel securely holds the film bag in the collection container. Viewing windows make it easy to check the fill level.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile extractor independently monitors its extraction performance via a pressure sensor, ensuring the highest level of operational safety.

Filter Cleaning

- In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an integrated control cabinet ensures the cleaning of the filter sleeves electro-mechanically via a shaking motor. The control is operated via a query of the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts. As soon as all connected machines are switched off, the motorized filter shaker starts automatically. This regeneration mechanism does not require a compressed air connection, so no compressor is necessary. This significantly reduces noise levels during cleaning.
- Optionally, especially recommended for very high and particularly fine dust content, efficient compressed air pulse cleaning (XPe-D) is available (NOTE: in this case, height + 100 mm and length + 280 mm). The compressed air tank cleaning operates offline, after extraction has stopped.

SCHUKOCONE FILTER

- The mobile extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is equipped as standard with patented SchukoCone® filter sleeves.
- The SchukoCone® filters are a successful combination of an externally air-impacted filter sleeve with an internally air-impacted cone. This innovative filter design offers approximately 60% more filter area with a smaller footprint.
- SchukoCone® filter sleeves demonstrate their full potential, especially with fine dusts, where a large filter surface area and low filter surface load are critical.
- Lower filter surface loads result in longer filter service life. Lower filter resistance means less fan power and therefore lower energy consumption.

ASSEMBLY & SCOPE OF DELIVERY

- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractors are pre-assembled and ready to plug in (three-phase 16 A, with 6.0 m cable) and supplied on a disposable pallet (included). A chip collection bag (size V) is also included.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe must be electrically linked to the extraction machine so that the automatically triggered regeneration of the filter sleeves occurs after the processing machine is shut down. An electrical specialist company can assist here. The supplied control cabinet with integrated phase inverter is prepared for a potential-free contact query and three transformer coils (coils are not included).
