WORKPIECE FEED SYSTEM
- Feed chain with rubber glide shoes mounted on a high-friction industrial chain (1 ¼"),
- The chain glides on two hardened and ground steel guides (one round, one flat) to ensure straight feed and safeguard against lateral displacement
- Automatic centralized lubrication of the feed chain
- Upper pressure beam made of thick-walled steel construction, complete with double row of mounted rollers and protective cover for the pressure rollers
- Manual adjustment of the pressure unit lift, with automatic positioning of work units when changing panel thickness
- Mechanical digital display for monitoring selected panel thickness

CONTROL "ORION 100"
Control unit complete with PLC, enables fast, simple, and error-free execution of individual machining programs (max. 60 programs). Manages pneumatic positioning of the units, if present on the machine. (The control system does not include pneumatic positioners.)
