The base structure is a monolithic construction made of thick-walled steel, reinforced across the entire bed with welded triangular plates for extreme stability. The use of large-base triangular elements for load-bearing parts ensures lasting precision and stability. The machine layout allows for optimal workflow even in minimal space. This base offers the machining unit a well-balanced, secure foundation with excellent load distribution.
The mobile unit carrier is built as a solid monoblock. Movement in the X direction is on ground, prismatic guideways supported by recirculating ball carriages. The working unit itself is also mounted on ground, prismatic guideways and recirculating ball carriages.
