Automatic press with continuous operation for the production of flush doors, finished doors (veneered, HPL, CPL doors), and pre-finished parquet (2 - 3 layers). Workpieces can be loaded continuously while the pressure remains constant in the other sections. The line requires up to 2 operators. This multi-daylight press enables very high production output. Pressing time is approx. 3 minutes (180 seconds), divided over 10 levels, which means the press opens every 18 seconds to process a new panel. The press has already been dismantled and is in storage. The plant was operational up until disassembly.

The previous owner produced 3-layer parquet with the system. The bottom layer was placed manually. The middle layer consists of a single piece; glue was applied top and bottom, and it was fed into the system automatically. The top layer was also loaded automatically.
