Machine Bed (X-axis):
Flat bed design with 1,000 mm guideway width. Two electric motors drive a centrally mounted rack. Hardened compact rolling guides ensure high precision.

Machine Column (Y-axis):
Steel welded construction with 900 mm guideway width. Two liquid-cooled feed motors and two measuring systems provide dynamic performance and accuracy. Protected by telescopic steel covers.

Spindle Slide and Spindle Head:
Made from GGG 60 cast iron, guided by compact rolling guides. Optimal power transmission due to long guideways and the close arrangement of Y and Z axes.

Twin-Spindle Drive:
Two vertical ball screws with separate drives and measuring systems for high dynamics and long-term accuracy.
