New deburring or tumbling drum (deburring machine) for safe and efficient deburring of workpieces. Suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Hexagonal drum lined with durable, vulcanized rubber, thickness: 36 mm. Closure cover with gas pressure springs, safety shutter to protect from rotating drum, robust design, easy to operate. Control via timer on the control panel, main and emergency stop switches. The maximum fill volume is 40% of the total drum volume, corresponding to 750 kg (550 kg of workpieces + 200 kg of abrasive media = manganese steel balls, 200 kg incl., or cast iron pentagons). These consumables can be sourced from Sideros.

The manufacturer recommends sending 100 kg of sample parts of the material to be deburred to the factory for testing prior to ordering for complex workpieces. Otherwise, no responsibility can be accepted for the deburring result. VIDEO available on our website.

Warranty: 12 months for single-shift operation; when replacement parts are shipped, defective parts must be returned. Downtime costs are not covered.
