Resonance Testing Stand POWER SWINGLY 20 kN

The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance testing stand is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of an oscillation head excited by an imbalance motor, which is driven by a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor. The oscillation head is located in the upper section of the machine and generates the dynamic amplitude.
The oscillation head is supported by preloaded screw compression springs at the upper cross beam and guided centrally.
The central load drive is positioned in the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload using a geared motor via a spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is situated above the clamping table and is limited on top by the adjustable crosshead.
The control system of the test stand is managed by the EXCITING MOT control system.
All control electronics for the system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet. The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
