Our latest project was the reconditioning of this fully automatic strapping machine SMB CUBE 600x600c from 2012. At first glance and given the price, it may be obvious that this is a used machine. However, once you look at the list of replaced components and the hours invested, it becomes clear: this machine has been meticulously restored to its original delivery condition and is now as good as new—perhaps even a little better.

Even as a standalone machine, this CUBE can be individually configured for your requirements. The machine detects incoming parcels or product stacks and straps them once or multiple times according to pre-set parameters. Using the pneumatic package press and package height-dependent strap tensioning, parcels of various sizes and types can be processed in a mixed and flexible manner. By supplementing with an identical model—also available from us—even cross or multiple strapping at high speeds can be achieved.
