The machine was designed and manufactured for the production of rotor shafts for power tools.

The machine was developed and built to perform the following operations automatically:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line with a pick & place unit positioned between the shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seat + facing of commutator + turning of commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive gear side

The machine has several production programs for manufacturing different parts. Each program uniquely corresponds to a specific shaft type.
