Robust, durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotating axes. The control system's touch display allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the tube is loaded, it is fixed in place by the chuck on the carriage, ensuring precise positioning and thus the production of dimensionally accurate geometries. As standard, the machine also includes a tube geometry check before the bending process: If the bending process is started at the wrong position, the machine does not give clearance, preventing operator error. Optional additional features provide more convenience, higher output, and therefore increased operational efficiency.

Data exchange with the optional pipe calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported with the software.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly at the machine. After entering length and angle, the control calculates the feed values and bending angles automatically.
