Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control’s touch display allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the unit. After the tube is loaded, it is secured by the chuck in the carriage. This enables precise positioning of the tube and accurate dimensionally stable geometries. Standard features include tube geometry inspection before bending: if the bending process starts in the incorrect position, the machine will not allow the operation, thus preventing operator error. Optional additional features offer more convenience and increase output, raising the efficiency of the system.

Data exchange from the optional tube calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported via the software.

Unique graphical programming: simple geometries can be calculated directly on the machine. After entering length and angle, the control calculates the required feed values and bending angles.
