The dust extractor is a mobile extraction and filtration unit for commercial use, intended for installation in the workspace.
The extractor is suitable for collecting, conveying, and separating dry wood, paper, or plastic chips and dust from various processing machines.
Consists of a vacuum-resistant housing with suction nozzle and backdraft damper, antistatic filter elements with jet-pulse cleaning, a high-performance radial fan with IE3 energy efficiency class three-phase motor on the clean gas side, as well as integrated exhaust silencer and air outlet grille.
With 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors, 2 chip containers with discharge bags, and a control unit with 5 m connection cable and CEE equipment plug.
The control unit is designed for automatic operation. Included are an automatic start controller for up to 6 machines and automatic filter cleaning with runtime addition. For automatic start, either pickup coils or volt-free contacts of the machine can be used.
1K PVC single-coat paint in RAL 9006 (White Aluminium).

Delivery is made fully assembled and ready for operation.

For filter cleaning, externally provided compressed air must be supplied to the unit (connection via plug nipple NW 7 / 6 bar).

with regulation, integrated into the extractor's control system, for maintaining a constant airflow during filter saturation, including safe fan stop during filter cleaning.
Individual adjustment of suction pressure / airflow as required.
The inverter increases system efficiency, saves energy, and reduces wear and tear on materials and machine.
