Equipment Description:
(designed due to construction for use in Western Europe)

1. Tank
Self-supporting tank construction, discharge cones with at least 45° slope and removable outlets Ø 800mm. Tank material: AlMg 4.5 Mn. Design, manufacturing, and approval according to the current Pressure Equipment Directive.
2 x reinforcement gusset plates (cover plates Ø 400 mm) in the cone/cylinder area, fitted on the right and left sides, one per cone.
3 x filling openings, foldable/swiveling, with stainless steel toggle fastenings, flush inside, Ø 450 mm, including rubber seals.
Rain gutter at the front closed, open at the rear.
Catwalk and foldable guardrail (height: 1.0 m) on the left, with rear ladder. Guardrail mounted in Teflon bushings, pneumatically operated from below. Ladder and guardrail made of aluminium, anodised, all elements in stainless materials.

2. Discharge System
2 x MPO discharge DN 800/150/80, aluminium with bolted steel pot, with pad loosener.
The loosening pad is accessible from the outside after removing the outlet.
2 x floor inspection covers with steel discs, black seals, and remote control fitted on the discharge pot.
Discharge pipe DN 80 made of steel, routed to the rear.
1 x sampling tap 1" installed on the discharge pipe (position: after the first shut-off device).
1 x ball valve with remote control DN 80, annular nozzle and Storz B fitting with steel insert mounted at the pipe end.
2 x pinch valves DN 80 as shut-off devices in the line.
1 x annular nozzle DN 80 installed in the line, using the standard auxiliary air (position: installed immediately after the pinch valve of cone 1).

3. Air Distribution
1 x compressor hose DN 65, plastic, Storz B coupling, approx. 2.87 m long, with clamp connection.
Air distributor pipe 2 1/2" aluminium, left side, front with 90° elbow, straight seat check valve (brass) and Storz B coupling. External air connection with 90° elbow, Storz C coupling at the end of the air distributor pipe, mounted near the rear support.
Overhead air 2", operated via high-grade socket ball valves, 2 x auxiliary air with 2" angled seat check valves (brass) and 2 x loosening air 1 1/2". Tank pressure gauge and safety valve mounted on the aluminium cast overhead air adapter, with 2" vent cock. Air transfer via exhaust hose, led upwards onto the tank.
1 x overhead air 2", rear left, in hose configuration with clamp connection.
Air hoses for auxiliary air and loosening air with clamp connection. 1 x additional tank pressure gauge mounted at the front of the air distributor pipe.
