The cross mullion milling machine KSF-2/4 is successfully in use worldwide. Our customers appreciate the precision, robustness, and versatility of this proven machine. The mortises for the cross bar are made in one operation by both an upper and lower milling unit, and the tenoning is done by a third milling unit. Once the workpiece is inserted, it is automatically clamped at the press of a button, the cross bar is milled, and the workpiece processed. An additional front grooving unit (the fourth unit) allows for completely tear-free crossbars on the visible side of pre-profiled bars. This ensures the high fitting accuracy of all crossbars produced with our KSF-2/4 cross mullion milling machine.
