The Supfina 200 superfinishing device is an attachment designed for the processing of cylindrical shafts using stone finishing techniques.
It is suitable for the treatment of pre-ground or finely turned surfaces.
The device performs an oscillating motion, with workpiece infeed being carried out either by a pneumatic cylinder or the lathe’s support.
Thanks to its easy mounting on a lathe, the Supfina 200 superfinishing device is particularly well-suited for repair tasks, single-part production, and small batches.

The unit is highly robust and therefore ideal for continuous and multi-shift operation.
The steplessly adjustable oscillation stroke, ranging from 0 to 5 mm, remains virtually constant even under load.
This allows for flawless grooving operations between collars, even in the case of small relief grooves (under 1 mm), without any overlaid stroke.
For cost-effective machining of short workpieces, diameters from 1 to 300 mm are recommended.
