Semi-automatic depaneling / Base machine with parallel shuttle
The dynamic depaneling system LOW 4322 is specifically designed for medium to high product volumes and meets increasing demands in the production process. PCB panels made from various materials are separated using low-dust and low-stress sawing and routing technologies, ensuring maximum product flexibility, precision, and throughput. High-dynamic linear motor axes, tools, and grippers meet the highest quality standards, guaranteeing the depaneling system a long service life and reliability.

Semi-automatic depaneling – solutions tailored to your needs
The LOW 4322 depaneler allows fast product changes while maintaining short separating and handling times. PCB panel loading is performed using a parallel shuttle, with positioning and fixation achieved via pin-clamping technology, in combination with vacuum suction cups if required.
This machine is equipped with:
• A shaft and circular blade separation module on Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0-90°)
• X-Y cross-stitch module featuring linear motor technology and high-resolution measurement system
• Dual loading module configured as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Aluminum profile frame with two maintenance doors – on left and right

• Standard vision system base module for teach-in programming (camera coverage 400 x 330 mm)
• Working area of 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic router length compensation (only with shaft separation module)
• Remote maintenance/support via TeamViewer or customer-side provisioning

• Laser axis measurement including protocol
• Air ionization
• Router breakage control (shaft routers only)
• Vacuum clamping technology prearrangement
• ESD panel and sliding doors
An optional dust extraction unit can be offered as a retrofit.
The high performance of the depaneler, featuring standard sawing or routing modules, fully automatic router length adjustment, image-supported teach-in camera system, and two simple PCB fixtures, can be further enhanced via numerous customer-specific adaptations and equipment options (e.g., vision camera system). Precise laser axis measurement prior to commissioning is an integral part of individual customer service for all inline and stand-alone depaneling systems from Systemtechnik Hölzer.
