The T.SWAU BK aluminium swap body is on average 750 kg lighter than conventional products on the market, enabling greater payload capacity.

Talson's innovative self-supporting box structure is manufactured using a special aluminium sandwich design. The modular aluminium side walls consist of six separate panels riveted with aluminium omega profiles, allowing for cost-effective and quick repair when necessary. Aluminium offers excellent UV resistance (non-yellowing) and durability against ageing, and is easy to clean thanks to its low dirt adhesion.

The Talson T.SWAU BK is equipped with a robust aluminium Talfix load securing system with multiple points to accommodate different vehicle loading configurations within a single box. As part of the patented Talfix load securing system, the double-deck bars with a capacity of 1 daN each allow the creation of a second level in the vehicle for maximum payload. Talfix® is suitable for double-deck applications, permitting multi-level loading with a 700 kg capacity per metre.
