A brand-new, unused Tanabe rotary kiln is available, still in its original packaging and complete with all necessary accessories.

1) Rotary kiln: Length: 17m, height: 2400mm (+400mm/600mm elevation), width including drive: 2600mm, heated zone X/Y: 700mm/8000mm, heating capacity: 200kW, max. temperature: 500°C-550°C (up to 900°C possible with retort replacement and heating upgrade), feed: screw feeder, rotary drum speed control: 0.5 to 2 rpm, weight: approx. 23,500kg, includes separate combustion air preheater.

2) Rotary cooler: Length: 10,600mm, height: 1600mm (+400mm/600mm elevation), width including drive: 2200mm, cooled zone X/Y: 700mm/3500mm, cooling method: water cooling with closed circuit, speed control: 1.1 to 4.3 rpm, discharge: rotary valve, weight: approx. 8,200kg.

3) Exhaust air filter unit including extraction fan, HEPA filter, and dust collection bin with a temperature tolerance of up to 250°C.

Control system: Siemens process control for local operation, 3x HMIs, several control panels, and switch cabinets.
