The overhaul includes the following work:

- Replacement of HARDOX slideways
- Replacement of carbon guides on the blade carriage
- Installation of new upper and lower knife seats
- Installation of new knives and bolts (top/bottom)
- Welding of worn sections in the shear mouth
- Removal of both covers, installation of new hinges, installation of new shafts, reassembly
- Complete overhaul of all 4 LINDE HPR 160D pumps in Poland
- Sealing of valves on left/right valve banks
- Installation of new ram piston rod (180 x 8.29 m)
- Installation of new ram guide bushings incl. seal kit
- Build-up welding and re-machining of feed block and hold-down
- Inspection of side cylinders, replacement of seals if required
- Replacement of piston rods and honing of tubes as needed
- General repair works on hydraulic pipes and clamps, partial replacement
- Replacement of damaged hoses
- General repair works on the machine frame, covers, and platform structure
- Repainting of the machine
- Steel base frame for machine installation
