Description:

The 10 series, also known as the Manual Grinder, is the versatile entry-level model from Timesavers and the cost-effective alternative to manual deburring, edge rounding, deslagging, oxide layer removal, and finishing of metal surfaces.

For fast manual deburring, edge rounding, and finishing of metals.

The unit of this machine features two sides: one side is equipped with a quick-change holder for a grinding disc, and the other side has a holder for a flap brush for edge rounding. The different tool types are suitable for deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing, and removing laser oxide layers or heavy slag. If needed, a high-gloss polished surface can also be achieved. The shaft, which is rotatable by 180 degrees, allows for quick and easy tool changes.

The machine features a work area with a special anti-slip coating to secure parts during processing. Smaller parts are held in place via the integrated vacuum system. The controls are self-explanatory, making it a user-friendly machine that is accessible to everyone.
