Accessories / Special equipment:

• This machine is designed for the production of round or profiled carbide rods via an extrusion pressing process. Carbide powder is heated and extruded under vacuum.
• The entire extrusion unit with the working cylinder can be swiveled, allowing extruded workpieces (carbide profile rods) to be easily placed onto corresponding trays, which are positioned on a transport device. This unit can be adjusted longitudinally and transversely on a stepper motor and partially in height.
• The complete working process can be preset and monitored via a conventional MITSUBISHI control system, type A1SJHCPU. Mobile control cabinet with displays for heating temperature, angle adjustment, vacuum, and pressure settings.
• 4 heating circuits: 1 x for the die and 3 x for the material cylinder
• Material cutting device
• Vacuum pump for creating a vacuum in the material area to avoid cracks and air bubbles. Various other accessories included.

Condition: Good to very good – Machine might be ready for demonstration under power. Rare machine!
