• FANUC 4-axis CNC path control, type Series O-TT with color monitor and all common features: graphics, cycles, subprograms, manual pulse generator, etc.
• The machine consists of:
- Movable spindle head with max. traverse: 275 mm on Z-axis
- 5 lateral tools controlled via a linkage, with a driven drilling and milling unit on X-axis with approx. 35 mm travel
- End station with 4 tool positions on a slide: 3 fixed drilling units and one driven counter-spindle unit (drive option prepared, driven drilling units not included). Center distances: 90 mm or 125 mm, X2 travel = 355 mm / Z travel = 100 mm (NC axes)
- FMB bar loader magazine for bars up to 3,000 mm with hydraulics
- Pneumatic parts catcher tray with discharge conveyor belt
• Various tool holders for 20x20 mm tool shank, hydraulic tool slide for lateral mounting, a variety of collets (long & short), and miscellaneous accessories
• Complete enclosure – coolant system included, but currently no chip conveyor – presently, rear machining is not possible.

The machine is ideal for medium to large batch production and is very easy to program while maintaining the highest precision.
