Semi-automatic electro-hydraulic mandrel tube bending machine with PLC control for 20 bending angles and display at the operator panel for angle specification, angle detection, and angle measurement via absolute value rotary encoder, automatic tool plate return, rotation device with digital indicator, hydraulic quick chuck, automatic mandrel lubrication, adjustable length stops.

Operating modes: MANUAL and semi-automatic.
Control buttons: hydraulic on/off, operating mode selection, clamp close/open, advance/retract, mandrel advance/retract, bend advance/retract, lock advance/retract, mandrel lubrication, rotation device advance/retract, tool plate return, length stop advance, emergency stop.

The machine comes from prototype production and was only used sparingly until 2000. Afterwards, the machines in this division were sold. However, the purchaser did not use the tube bending machine, and since then it has only been stored and not operated (original paint).
