Semi-automatic electro-hydraulic mandrel tube bending machine with PLC control for 20 bending angles and display panel for presetting bending angles, angle detection, and angle measurement via absolute value rotary encoder, automatic tool disc return, rotation device with digital display, hydraulic quick-release chuck, automatic mandrel lubrication, adjustable length stops.

Operating modes: MANUAL and semi-automatic.
Control buttons: Hydraulics on/off, operating mode selection, clamp close/open, tension forward/backward, mandrel forward/backward, bend forward/backward, lock forward/backward, mandrel lubrication, rotation device forward/backward, disc return, length stop forward, emergency stop.

This machine originates from a prototype production and was only used a little until 2000. After that, the machines from this department were sold. The purchaser, however, did not use the tube bending machine, so it has only been stored and not operated since (original paintwork).

This is a used machine, therefore we sell it excluding any warranty.
