The Transpak 202CE is a compact and user-friendly semi-automatic strapping machine designed for quickly and efficiently strapping boxes, packages, and other goods. The machine is particularly suitable for companies that regularly need to bundle or secure packages for transport and shipping.

The machine features a robust stainless steel work surface on which the goods to be strapped can be easily placed. The strapping band is placed around the product and then automatically tightened, welded, and cut by the machine. This ensures that the strapping process is fast and with a constant band tension.

Operation and use
The TP-202CE is easy to operate and requires minimal training. The user manually places the PP strapping band around the box or package and inserts the end into the machine's feed opening. The machine then automatically takes over the strapping process.

The machine tightens the band to the set tension, thermally welds the ends together, and cuts off the excess band. This creates a strong strap with consistent tension. A complete strapping cycle takes approximately 2.5 seconds.

The desired band tension can be mechanically adjusted with a rotary knob on the outside of the machine. The band length can also be adjusted, allowing the machine to adapt to different package sizes.
