The highly productive, semi-automated 3D printing system TruPrint 5000 equips you for industrial series production. With features such as the optional 500 °C preheating and full-field multilaser configuration with three 500 watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are perfectly prepared for the most demanding industrial applications. The machine manufactures high-quality components from various metallic materials quickly and reliably – and meets the high quality standards required in tool and mold making, also for 3D printing of preform blanks, as well as in aerospace and medical technology. Optionally, the entire process chain can take place under protective gas atmosphere: sieving, printing, cooling, depowdering. Combined with TRUMPF's external parts and powder management and monitoring solutions, it is predestined for industrial additive series manufacturing.

Thanks to the Preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. The structures to be additively manufactured are applied to a blank. This innovative option is especially suited for simple handling in tool and mold making.
