The TruPrint 3000 is a universal medium-format machine (LMF / PBF / LPBF) with industrial part and powder management.
From now on, you benefit from even greater flexibility, quality, and productivity for your additive series production:
Productivity is nearly doubled regardless of component geometry, and part costs are significantly reduced.
Automatic monitoring and calibration of the multilasers during ongoing build jobs ensures optimal quality for parts printed with multilaser systems.
The latest advancements in shielding gas flow additionally increase part quality and reproducibility of the components.
This is documented parallel to the build job via melt pool monitoring, which also covers traceability requirements, such as those in the medical field.
The TruPrint 3000 is highly flexible and can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
With a build volume of 300 mm diameter and 400 mm height, it can be used in various industries.
Depending on part size, complexity, your workflow preferences, and production volumes, you can flexibly choose between internal or external unpacking—all under protective gas atmosphere.
With external unpacking, you can also minimize printer downtime through simultaneous post-processing.
