The specially designed shredding system prevents material from being pulled or crushed – aluminum is cut efficiently, not compressed. The cutter system ensures clean and precise cuts, preventing vertically fed material from passing through the chamber unshredded.

The knives are made from certified, wear-resistant steel. The shredder is equipped with gear motors from a renowned manufacturer.

Available motor variants: 2 × 18.5 kW or 2 × 22 kW.
Particle size – configured in accordance with customer requirements.

Model RS8: Working shaft length 600 mm – identical construction to the RS800 and RS1200 models.
