Large-scale climate test chamber with S!MCON control system

Construction
The system consists of the following main components:
- Walk-in, insulated test chamber
- Air treatment room
- Machine unit
- Climate system
- Control cabinet

Test Chamber
The fittings inside the test chamber are made of corrosion-resistant material.
The test chamber is walk-in, can be illuminated, and features a condensate water and cleaning drain.

Air Treatment Room
The air treatment room is located behind the air duct panel within the insulated interior. It contains the components required for temperature control and is accessible via easily removable panels:
- Test chamber fans
- Heat exchangers
- Electric heaters
- Ventilation and exhaust units
- Temperature sensors

In the air treatment room, the air is conditioned (heated/cooled), humidified and dehumidified, and circulated by fans.
The air is drawn in from the ceiling and blown out again at floor level.

Sensors
Temperature and humidity sensors are located behind the air duct panel in the air treatment room.

Machine Unit
The machine unit, consisting of refrigeration units, supplies the air treatment room with the required energy.

Climate System
The climate system is comprised of:
- Steam humidifier
- Dehumidification evaporator
