Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be successfully used in small, medium, and large enterprises. The low price justifies the investment even for small batch production and custom fabrication.
Drive is via a pole-reversible gearbox brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central pull point, and consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows large workpieces to be comfortably positioned. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be clamped tightly. Stroke adjustment is done with adjustable end switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several parts can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available at attractive conditions on request.
