Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

Main application is the manufacture of keyways from 3–28 mm (and also beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. This compact machine, with a small footprint, can thus be used successfully in small, medium, and large businesses. The low price also justifies investment for small batch or single-part production.
Drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without restriction. In most cases, it is not necessary to clamp the workpieces. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
