Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application area is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and also beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Thanks to its compact and space-saving design, this machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price also justifies acquisition for small series and one-off production.

The drive is provided by a pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free dual-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central traction point, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows even large workpieces to be positioned without hindrance. Clamping of the workpieces to be broached is not necessary in most cases. Stroke adjustment is performed via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several items can be placed on top of each other.
