VIOLI VM TRI 10

Rok výroby: 2023, stav: použitý, VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s Drawing Bench Year of manufacture: 2023 The VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s drawing bench is a robust and innovative machine designed for the precise and efficient drawing of metals. With a usable length of 3 meters and a powerful pulling capacity of 2,500 kg, its patented hydraulic system ensures linear traction, compact design, and consistent quality. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Usable length: 3 meters Pulling force: 2,500 kg Operating hydraulic pressure: 180 bar Drawing speed: Min. 0 m/min. – Max. 17 m/min. Drawing reduction: Around 15% of section POINTER clamping force: 100 tons Tolerance: 1 mm Power supply: 400 V – 50 Hz Electrical power: 9.2 kW Hydraulic oil: ISO 46 Motor power: 9.2 kW – 380 V, 50 Hz Noise level: At the workplace LP < 70 dB(A) Hydraulic system: Proportional hydraulic pump Carriage travel: with ball circulation guides Mobile construction and installation of a hauling holder to accommodate 1 or more hauling devices in line with the carriage; Provision for cooling the lubricant oil via insertion of stainless steel coil in the tank; Adjustable die holder; Bar support system; Tank with pump for lubrication; Manual opening/closing of clamp operated by pneumatic piston; Compliance: The machine complies with EU conformity regulations. DETAILED FEATURES Operating system: Utilizes a hydraulic piston and patented technology to optimize space and ensure linearity. With the drawing hole, the flexion of the support structure is minimized. Allows for a compact die length and double the usable traction stroke. Clamp return: A patented double-circuit chain technology returns the clamp to its starting position, allowing the hydraulic piston length to be half the useful stroke. Traction force: The pulling force is in line with the drawing die. Speed control: Manually adjustable speed from 0 to 16 meters per minute (0-16 m/min). Offers precise speed regulation and constant speed derived from the hydraulic drive. Tolerance: 1 mm. Hydraulic system: Equipped with a proportional hydraulic pump. Motor power: 9.2 kW – 380 V, 50 Hz. Carriage: Sliding carriage with ball circulation guides. Die holder: Mobile construction and installation of a die holder to accommodate 10 dies in line with the carriage. Hedpeyl U Sqofx Acwsnu Lubrication: Includes a lubrication tank with pump, as well as an oil cooling system with stainless steel coil inside the tank. Die holder: Adjustable. Bar support: Includes a bar support system. Clamp operation: Opening and closing of the clamp operated manually by pneumatic piston. Control panel: The machine is equipped with a control panel. FUNCTION The VM/TRI253S hydraulic drawing bench is a machine used for the cold reduction of the cross-section of a metal rod, whether round or profiled, as well as hollow or solid metal tube. The section reduction is achieved by passing the product through a calibrated drawing die and pulling it using a mechanical clamp with the required force to achieve the desired reduction in section.
