This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable independently applies the film to the pallet and also cuts it off at the end of the wrapping cycle, compared to the standard KVK 3 model. Wrapping can be started conveniently via remote control – no need to get off the forklift or bend down to attach the film to the pallet. The unit is equipped with a 250% pre-stretch system. Thanks to this system, you can convert 1m of film on the roll to up to 3.5m on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system applies only minimal tension to the load, ensuring even lightweight goods remain securely in place and are not pulled off the turntable. Weighing 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm height as standard. With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power pre-stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the automated wrapping to your product. An automatic pallet detection system (photoelectric sensor) comes as standard, along with adjustable top and bottom wraps. The machine offers programs for up-only wrapping, up & down (cross wrapping), and rainproof wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, integrated forklift cut-outs make it easy to lift and move.
