This automatic stretch wrapper, the KVK 3 Automatic with turntable, independently attaches the film to the pallet and cuts it off at the end of the wrapping cycle, unlike the standard KVK 3. Wrapping can also be conveniently started via remote control. No more getting off the forklift or bending down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation. Thanks to this pre-stretch system, you can use 1m of film from the roll to wrap up to 3.5m onto the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system applies only minimal tension when attaching the film, so even lightweight goods will not be pulled off the turntable.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is highly stable and designed for loads of up to 2000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic comes standard with a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, and a power stretch unit that can be finely regulated via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automatic wrapping process to suit your product. The machine also features automatic pallet detection (via photocell), as well as adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can select from programs for “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if needed.

If you need to move the wrapper to another location, it can be easily lifted and transported by forklift using integrated fork slots.

Options: In addition to an optional access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can also be configured for a greater wrapping height (up to 3200 mm).

This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very light goods or need to stretch wrap more than approx. 30 pallets per day and require automatic film application and cutting.
