The BookMaster brochure maker and the TrimMaster cutting apparatus combine maximum performance with cost efficiency. They are easy to operate and require minimal maintenance, making them by far the most advanced, user-friendly, and reliable saddle-stitch brochure machines on the market. The BookMaster is equipped with a unique stapling mechanism that ensures virtually maintenance-free operation. The main wear parts are housed within the staple cartridge and replaced every 5,000 cycles during cartridge change, allowing for over one million cycles before any maintenance is required on the stapling head. The BookMaster features manual adjustment for page margins, end offset, and staple/fold position.

The TrimMaster cutter uses a single self-sharpening blade made of hardened steel for precise trimming of the book’s front edge. All cuttings are transported outside the machine into an external waste container, which enables continuous operation.

The finished brochures are conveyed onto a high-performance delivery belt.
