Note:
The original PLC Siemens S7-200 CPU 224 is missing (see photo of electrical cabinet without PLC control),
hence automatic operation is not possible in this condition.
The control also managed the screw singulation sequence as well as the screwdriver itself.
The vibratory bowl itself is fully operational even without PLC control; the installed bowl controller does not require PLC activation.

Process:
Fasteners are loaded in bulk into the bowl and, by mechanical vibration,
are conveyed upwards (micro-throw principle).
The vibratory bowl is automatically switched on or off depending on the screw magazine fill level.
The screw is then pneumatically conveyed via a plastic hose to a downstream unit.
The feed signal for the individual screws comes externally from the downstream unit.
