Seat Test System with steel frame for mounting and securing on the climate test chamber, incl.:

• 2 pneumatic weight lifting devices (150 mm stroke) for test specimen change, 12 weights of 5 kg each
• 1 base frame made of standard steel welded construction for securing to the underside of the climate test chamber. The frame is enclosed on all sides with removable panels and features 2 folding doors for setting eccentricity. These doors have safety switches.
• 2 eccentric discs with bearings and tachometer
• 2 connecting rods, 2 ball guides
• 2 perforated assembly tables, 20 mm grid, 650 x 650 mm, for connecting test specimens, made of aluminium, min. 10 mm thick
• 2 perforated assembly plates, 20 mm grid, 200 x 200 mm, for connecting the seat-form dummy
• 2 loading rods Ø 60 mm made of stainless steel (The connection to the test specimen is not included in our price, but can be offered upon detailed specification.)
• 2 three-phase motors, 2 belt drives with tensioning devices
• 1 pneumatic control with 2 hand valves, filter-regulator unit and shut-off valve
• 1 electrical control cabinet with 2 SEW frequency converters, hand switch, emergency stop button, 2 on-buttons, 2 off-buttons, 2 speed indicators, 2 potentiometers for speed adjustment, 2 preselectable load change counters with zero setting and shut-off
