The first stage of our modular system is the ESL, or “Single Mast Lift”. The name says it all: the ESL is a lifting system featuring one lifting mast along which a transport platform moves vertically. The ESL comes standard with a 500 kg load capacity.

The standard transport basket offers internal dimensions of 1000 mm x 1600 mm (external 1100 mm x 1700 mm) and accommodates a Euro pallet with a manual pallet truck. It features a flat floor (15 mm thick with a drive-on ramp at the loading side of the lowest floor), allowing easy loading/unloading and eliminating the need for a pit recess in the floor. The basket enclosure is 1100 mm high and made of robust welded mesh panels.

The ESL is supplied as a fully enclosed, self-contained lift system as standard. Each floor is equipped with appropriate landing doors and all required fixed enclosures made of safety mesh panels. The landing doors are system-integrated and can only be opened when the lift platform is present, thanks to an electric safety lock.
